Jamaica Meal Plan
All villa and room rates include 3 home cooked meals daily. We take pride in serving authentic Jamaican dishes created from fresh local produce, fish and meat. Once you have made your reservation we will create a menu plan based on your tastes. However, we are very flexible so if you do not require all meals we can create a package designed especially for you.
Estate House Menu
The Green Castle Garden Tour and Tea is a personal garden tour of the Estate gardens by a long-time Green Castle resident and gardener, Mrs. Susan Crum Ewing. This is something that should not be missed. You will learn a lot about plants as well as the history of Green Castle and the Robin's Bay area.
