Weekly rentals require a 30% deposit to hold a reservation and final payment  of the balance 30 days prior to arrival.  Reservations for 5 nights or less requires a 1 night deposit and full payment 30 days before arrival.

Standard cancellation policy is 30 days notice.  Guests cancelling after the 30 days notice will  will forfeit their deposit.
