Green Castle uses authentic Jamaican recipes with fresh local fruit, produce, meat and fish.  You are always welcome to mix and match your favorites, and we look forward to introducing you to some new tastes. 

Some of our favorite menu choices include locally raised chickens cooked Jamaican style as jerk, brown stew or curried.  Watch Tania and Rose turn aromatic spices into fresh jerk seasoning and learn the proper jerking technique from Chris as our spiced up chicken or pork turns into mouth watering jerk.  Fresh fish is always a treat, especially combined with festivals or local callaloo.  Let us know if you are vegetarian, or have food preferences, we are happy to tailor our dishes to your tastes.

Breakfast at the Estate House can be ordered the night before.  All breakfasts come with coffee or tea, a fruit plate and fresh orange juice plus one of the following main dishes:

• Fried Eggs, Bacon and Toast with Assorted Jellies
• Omelet, Bacon and Toast with Assorted Jellies
• Traditional Porridge
• Cold Cereal
