We are all dedicated to making your Green Castle experience very special. It is our pleasure to share our special place with each of our guests, and don’t be surprised if our security watchman is also your property guide, or our tractor driver turns into your tour driver. Our whole team takes pride in using our talents to make Green Castle as great as we can!

Richard Padgett - Owner

Angie, Joe, Salina and Reed have been at Green Castle for over 4 years. As General Manager of the Estate, Angie takes care of the day to day operations and tourism businesses, while Joe concentrates on assisting Richard with the development plans.  Salina and Reed are the resident explorers.

Tania and Rose will cook amazing Jamaican dishes and delicious desserts during your visit, while ensuring the house is tidy and you are comfortable. Their friendly and easy going personalities will welcome you to Jamaica, and make sure that your stay at the Estate House is memorable.

 

 Tour Guide – Dolly

 

Not only does Dolly share interesting history, stories and facts about Green Castle and our community partners, but she can sing as well! Join her on the Estate Tour, and you may soon be singing local folk songs, tasting coconut water and cocoa, and learning about coconut oil, orchids and Green Castle’s vibrant history.

 

Maintenance Team – Supervisor, Mr. Gooden, Chris, Paul and Easton

 

 

 

Our maintenance team does an amazing job. They not only keep things working, but they also contribute to your tourism experience. Paul is a great carpenter and helps Dolly with the Tour. Chris is a serious cook; we highly recommend that you try his jerk chicken and pork before you go. Easton drives the big and the small equipment.  Mr. Gooden, well, what can we say, he is electrician, tour guide, driver, pastor and the man to get things done.

 

Security Team – Mr. Hamilton, Fairweather, Russian and Stegman

 

 

Our security team is on call 24 hours a day to keep Green Castle peaceful and safe for your enjoyment. Our area is safe, and our security team makes sure it stays that way. They are all happy to show you around, and take you on one of Green Castle’s many miles of walking trails.
